primary colours
bright red shoes with white ribbons and laces
puffed up jacket, collared shirts and funny faces
an elementary vibe with an old soul
a sunny side smile to his pocket full of songs
with hair untamed under primary coloured hats
you’d want to know what goes on in his thinking cap

“Five times the square root of two”, she answered.
It was wrong.
It was always wrong. She feared the Math’s before even starting to learn it. She was haunted by it like how she was haunted by time. She feared the hands of the clock before even having a real battle with it, and now, she can’t get a hold of it.
It was always wrong.

We echo in emotion Through a pen’s humble disease Clung to life, senses take form Unmarked spaces lapse in awe A canvas forged, spilt in floods Splashed imprints settled in ink Dreams materialize, a reality untouched In the recesses of the minds ocean A depth unreached A vision obscure A melody unhinged Faint notes line in aperture Can we see what vision lacks Or hide behind curtains entranced On heavy eyes, bled in color The envy of a paperless solitude We lay on broken beds Hand reached, clasped on cue While we hum another World bathed in words
Moon Light
Tonight you chose to grace my sky the pure glow of radiance in slivers of grace, overcoming my soul illuminating the galaxies. You cradle the curves of treetops shimmering shadows onto the night splashing the terrace of clouds, enlightening me more tonight than any other night of moon gazing.
Conversations of the Mind
Magic speaks in velvet silence I hear it in my head see it in your eyes I swim inside the screams die upon the laughter… written in your words as my name drifts from a flick of your wrist that curls through your fingers and I begin to understand the magic… the magic of your silent poetry
Loving Kindness
To hear the air itself whisper of your kindness creates communion for the beating heart whether friend or enemy of the mind your ceaseless compassion lays dressing over scars beyond oneself is the beauty you touch the beauty I embrace till all I feel is your personal pulse in rhythm with mine
The Softest Silence
I know how a whisper sounds surrounded by the softest silence, where breathing out a word becomes louder than a hush sometimes it’s everything to sit with you, savoring the silence of nothing floating in the soundless air where we enjoy each other wordlessly…
