I'm really into these new boots. Also my shirt has little skulls all over it, and the back of the cardigan (which I forgot to photograph) has a spine on it and I'm just getting that bone connection now! I thought I was just choosing a red sweater.

WDIWT? I realized I hadn't worn the blouse yet and I bought it a few months ago, so it was time. And then the rest of the outfit fell into place.

Color Explosion

WDIWT? I love this dress because of the colors and pattern, so I want to wear it more. But it's velvet (which I think of for cold weather) and sleeveless (which equals warm weather). So it requires some paradigm-shifting for me and sometimes I'm too tired.

Such an interesting dress I found at the thrift store.

WDIWT? It's hard for me to wear solid colors, let alone one solid color, let alone a non-bright color. But this dress has three plastic buckles that remind me of the fasteners on the bouncy seats I used to put my kids in when they were babies. And then there's these 18th-century-esque flounces. What a mix.

WDIWT: There was a work conference and it hit the right note of funky professional I was going for. Also comfortable.

WDIWT: This skirt makes me so happy. It's so weird. I've been waiting for a day cool enough to wear tights for three weeks! I was looking forward to it all week. I woke up thinking, yay! I get to wear the cheeseburger skirt today!
