Whoops Didn't See You There || Quory
Quinn loved the Museum of Natural History, not that she was able to get there very often. She hadn’t been the best at history in school, but there was something about being surrounded by the history of the world that gave her the spark that she needed to try and find out as much as she could. Even everyone around her seemed to be getting into the spirit of the place, and sure there were a lot of tourists there who were probably there just to say that they’d been there, but some of them seemed to be really interested in what they were doing there at the museum. It was clear that some of them were students, vigorously taking notes, and she couldn’t help but smile a little. It was times like this that she realised how fortunate she was with her college course, in that a lot of the note taken took place in her classes and lectures, and most of the time she was being proactive with her projects.
This particular project was something that really caught her eye when she was given her list of projects for the new semester, and she had ideas for it straight away – her reason for being in the museum in the first place. Her brief was ‘Through The Ages’, and where better to start looking for inspiration than in the Museum of Natural History? She was lost in everything around her, constantly snapping pictures of things that caught her attention. She was definitely beginning to be inspired by everything around her, and that meant that she was lost in her own world, continuing to take pictures and make mental notes of everything that she was thinking of and the ides that were coming to her mind. It was as she was walking around the giant tyrannosaurus-rex that she managed to bump into someone else, causing Quinn to quickly come back to reality and out of her thought bubble. “Oh my goodness, I’m sorry, I didn’t see you there. I was in my own world, I’m sorry.” She quickly apologised.
