Hi guys thanks for the tags @erin-is-living @badassspacewitch @allygetsfitt ❤️
I’m lucky to have a friend who’s a pilot so he took my bff and I up for a few hours
Factor 5's “We Fly” project for the Wii is pretty interesting as far as cancelled game projects go. Originally starting out as pitch for a new Pilotwings game, they eventually retooled it into an original IP, though obviously still inspired by Nintendo’s original. The game would’ve had an open world setup, allowing players to travel the globe in various aircrafts, completing objectives and unlocking new locations as starting points for new sessions. There were also plans to have connectivity with Nintendo’s Weather Channel to generate weather effects based on real world weather conditions. Factor 5 had developed a pair of head-tracking glasses to control the game.
The game was pretty far into development, but it ultimately had to be canceled when Factor 5 shutdown after Brash Entertainment, their backer for a Superman game they were developing, went out of business.
No draws today. Only sit on couch, shop for furby.
It is cloudless and sunny and cool and a perfect day to fly
