For Luci’s Haters
Yeah, sure he was a dick and did severely hurtful things in the past. But he did try to change at the end. And when he lost the only thing that mattered to him (Jack), he lashed out, granted. But can you really blame him? For the past six millenniums, he has been disowned, betrayed, and many other things by his own family. Why? Because he was different? Because he wanted to be loved? Because he hated humanity because his father loved them more than he ever loved him? Pardon me, but you haters can keep your hatred to yourself.

The Hollies - We’re Through (1964)
My ears perked up when I heard this song playing on a Netflix show that I was watching with my son. “That’s the Hollies”, I remarked to a disinterested 13 year old. What stands out for me is the great guitar riff played by Tony Hicks, but it’s both an interesting song and a very catchy one.
