So, about the Post+ thing...

... I'm not gonna say anything about if it's right or wrong or whatever bc someone's money is their own and if you wanna spend it on someone's shitposts I'm not one to judge. Heaven knows I've spent on worse

I guess I just... don't see how the content produced on Tumblr is something people would pay for?

Other than very, very few users who use tumblr to post their art/writing (which are things people pay for bc they enjoy it) literally everyone here use it to shitpost jokes and talk about personal interests

No one's going to pay for that

Famous blogs with a lot of followers here like one-time-i-dreamt and heritageposts are not producing content that people would pay for

They might help and donate to the people who run those blogs if given the chance, but I dont see people paying to read extra dream posts, just bc i dont think people would see it as worth money

What I mean is that even if this whole thing wasn't a mess, VERY few people would make effective use of it with their content alone in this platform

So yeah, who tf thought this was a good idea
