Is there something you wish you can change about your rp style?
Mmmm there’s a lot I want to TRY with my writing style in general but I don’t really think RP is the format to do that, since it’s dependent on mirroring basic structure of progressing conversation and plot in collaboration, so there is an unspoken degree of mutual understanding which takes precedence. However, one thing I have a habit of is repetition of the same vocab in one thread that will also appear in another?? Don’t realise I’m falling victim to it while writing though... so maybe I need to chew on a thesaurus more when editing.. and learn not to post a reply immediately before reading it a few times over for typos. Once it’s out there THERE’S NO TURNING BACK!!

What drew you to the muse your rping as right now?
Idea for him arrived very organically rather than actively searching for a muse to write. An initial ‘let’s write a rowdy boy who would do anything for a woman!!!! Also he’s a vampire now!!! AND TATTOOS!!! FUCK!!!’ Beforehand I’d only dabbled with canon characters (save for my very first) so each were ascribed to a certain depiction that wasn’t created by myself... didn’t realise how inhibiting that was until I started writing Alex, and have subsequently found that my interest hasn’t waned six months down the line (usually when my activity drops on blogs).
HE IS primarily a product of my own preferences, the art aspect is a Deep Connection and having never been able to write an artist before, he provides a lot of space where I can apply own knowledge/ Passion (fist clench) for the alternative arts. Eventually elements such as his Punk Past digressed from there which in itself offered a distinctive backdrop to play around with, how to apply a subculture that I’d taken for granted to a character (especially in his ideologies and style of art). The research is also fun... he’s very much a Write What You Like case rather than Write What You Know (latter of which is a bad writing rule in my book!!!!!!)
