My head hurts and its so so cold. I feel like a baby complaining considering im literally in the sunshine state but like y'all what the fuck. It never gets this cold and when it does it's usually January! I demand to speak to a manager!

Keep seeing posts that are like “Of course it’s fine and effective to hurt NT kids as an easy way to make them torture themselves into a convenient shape for you but ND kids are different: they experience feelings and difficulties so you have to actually help them!” Thankfully by the time they reach my dash someone has usually pointed out that it’s not great to do this to NT kids either but like. I would like this type of post to be less common.

Here's a little throwback to last month's spread! (x) I'm proud to say I managed to be more productive this week than the last couple of months and I plan on steadily getting better. I think it's important to remember that getting better doesn't mean you won't have any bad days but that you're able to bounce back from them. Hope the rest of you had a wonderful week too!! :D

20th-26th June

✨tiny accomplishments this week ✨

- Interviewed for and got accepted into the Health and Mind club at my school (which is kind of a big deal to me!!)

- Managed to sleep before 12 every night

- Finished about half of my pending assignments

- Learnt 3 new chords on my guitar!!

✨goals for next week ✨

- Push up my sleep time to 11

- The exercising thing didn't work out last week so hopefully I'll do it this week

- Waking up at 5 is damn near impossible but I'm determined to at least do it twice this week

- Finish up the remaining assignments before school closes for the summer break
