WEEKEND FOOD CHECK (+1 cheat meal)
I rounded up Friday with a nice sushi dinner with my girl friends.
Saturday morning I had scrambled eggs with berries on the side..
Lunch was a simple brown rice snack bar (yay for Saturday afternoon masters classes)
For dinner (another girls night) we made grilled veggies, garlic shrimp and corn on the cob.
When I got home after a friends birthday part I had a few turkey roll ups..
Sunday->
Morning- egg whites with spinach
A Panera salad for lunch with whole wheat bread on the side with turkey and cheese on the side.
Dinner (Here comes the cheat meal) Panino Caprese -< Modz, basil and tomato on a panini... my poor gluten free body was SO angry last night..
Regretting it.. but back on track for the week.
