Food Check In!
Breakfast;
Oatmeal w/ some maple syrup ( probably the highest calorie thing I had today )
Lunch;
Whole wheat wrap w/ chicken, lettuce, tomato, mayo
Dinner;
Salad w/ italian dressing, onion, cucumber, black olives, and maybe some ham we cooked yesterday
OR
I don’t have anything because I’m gonna take a nap soon 🤷🏼♀️
Snacks;
Snacked on cocktail peanuts throughout the day
Water;
Id say about 3 cups so far, not nearly enough though
I’d say today’s pretty good 😌
Taking a nap then going out shopping for NYE food for my parents! I love food shopping late at night at the 24/7 store down the road, there’s less people and I can take my time!

A Tuesday FOOD Check
Started off this morning with some flat bench presses..
From there I moved to declined dumbbell presses
Dumbbell flies
Four sets of curls at my highest weight to date
And finished off my weight routine with dumbbell tricep extensions
After I used the rowing machine for 10 minutes of cardio and then did some laps in the pool.
FOOD CHECK: My protein shake and 4 ounces of black coffee
Buffalo cauliflower and scrambled eggs for lunch
Cho Bani watermelon yogurt with a tablespoon of dark chocolate morsels
and a half a grapefruit for my snacks :)
Dinner is Modz and basil stuffed chicken with Parmesan cauliflower ahh yum
FOOD CHECK FOR TUESDAY & A little bit of hydration advice :)
Started off my morning with my probiotic and fiber supplement before breakfast.
I had my Isagenix Isalean Chocolate Protein shake for breakfast.
For lunch I made eggs with a few pieces of mozzarella, some diced oven roasted turkey and some spinach.
For snack I set aside a brownrice rice cake with a tablespoon of pb. I already hit my protein goal for the day.. but it’’s all about those gains...am I right?
AND I have no idea what’s for dinner.. I need to go grocery shopping and often that’s a dangerous idea for me....
WATER UPDATE.. I switched from the gallon challenge to a smartWater challenge. Liquid is more evenly distributed through out the bottle and I’m not as overwhelmed. :)
WEEKEND FOOD CHECK (+1 cheat meal)
I rounded up Friday with a nice sushi dinner with my girl friends.
Saturday morning I had scrambled eggs with berries on the side..
Lunch was a simple brown rice snack bar (yay for Saturday afternoon masters classes)
For dinner (another girls night) we made grilled veggies, garlic shrimp and corn on the cob.
When I got home after a friends birthday part I had a few turkey roll ups..
Sunday->
Morning- egg whites with spinach
A Panera salad for lunch with whole wheat bread on the side with turkey and cheese on the side.
Dinner (Here comes the cheat meal) Panino Caprese -< Modz, basil and tomato on a panini... my poor gluten free body was SO angry last night..
Regretting it.. but back on track for the week.
