We all need help

Once a client asked me ,what do I do when I find myself confused.

I replied ; I seek help !

Would reach out to my mentor and if need be hire a Coach for myself.

Just like any Doctor ,who cannot perform a surgery on its own heart or brain,we Coaches cannot resolve all our issues by our self.

In-fact we all need help and we are all dependent on each other for it .

Seeking help,is not a sign of weakness ,on the contrary it is an act of courage ,it is about being aware that something is not right and that one need intervention to resolve it .

So,next time when you find yourself in doubt ,don't hesitate to reach out.
