L’OSSIMORO DELLA “NEUTRALITÀ ATTIVA” TRA LOBBY DELLE ARMI, CROCE ROSSA E NATO
Dal 1952 al 2018 la Crypto AG, ufficialmente azienda di crittografia svizzera ma posseduta de facto dalla #CIA e con un’influenza ridotta di ulteriori parti (BND tedesca e forse servizi segreti svedesi), ha operato incontrastata sul suolo elvetico, producendo macchine cifranti con bug, per consentire agli #USA di intercettare le comunicazioni secretate di mezzo mondo (1). Quanto potrà mai essere neutrale uno Stato in cui un altro Stato agisce in modo così sfrontato? Ed è credibile che la Svizzera non si sia accorta di nulla per più di mezzo secolo? Per evitare bias cognitivi e facili strumentalizzazioni - oltremodo pericolosi in tempo di guerra -è sempre bene concedere il beneficio del dubbio almeno in una occasione, riconoscendo che nessuno Stato è onnisciente, esente da errori o incongruenze, e che è sempre possibile non avere un totale controllo di determinati settori, ma il giudizio può inevitabilmente mutare nel caso gli episodi di partigianeria siano diversi e protratti nel tempo.
