Why the hell can’t we all just get along?! Why are my people being exterminated like fucking rats?! It seems like White supremacy is trying to rear its ugly head in the guise of police brutality because black people are getting wiped out for no reason or for petty little shit that could’ve been resolved if people used their MOUTHS to properly interrogate rather than their GUNS to shoot black folks first and ask questions later. Why is this happening? Are we automatically labeled suspicious because we’re BLACK?! Are we automatically guilty and undeserving of empathy because we are colored? It’s so freaking sad that it’s literally not safe to be black, or any ethnicity for that matter, simply because we aren’t white.
Then, all the bad cops that we’ve been hearing about as of late make it that much harder for the good cops who actually do want to serve and protect their respective communities. To all you genuinely good and unbiased cops, it isn’t you all we’re after; it’s those bigots that you work with every single day that we want out of law enforcement and behind bars for betraying the people and senseless/unnecessary murder. They deserve to be treated like the criminals they truly are. We as a people, especially black men, shouldn’t have to consider the possibility that they might not walk back through their front door alive simply because of their skin color. I thank God that I haven’t lost anyone close to me to police brutality, but I still feel sorry for those who have. These people will never see their loved ones again because of trigger-happy fools. It is unfortunate and shouldn’t have happened. Being black, I am appalled.
That’s like all people of color (every other non-white race besides black people) ganging up on white people to avenge their ancestors for slavery, Jim Crow laws, internment/relocation camps, and negative cultural stereotypes. We haven’t. And the fact that they are hiding behind the law, white privilege, and all-out racism, is shameful and needs to end now!
P.S. A huge “FUCK DA POLICE” goes out to all the cops who THINK they slick and think their badges and being white are going to save them. Newsflash: someone is always watching. And I’m a firm believer in karma; soooo all this toxicity, negativity, and violence you all are releasing into the world and making it worse instead of better, y’all are gonna get yours. And when you do, the only ones you can blame while you suffer---and you will suffer---are yourselves, because you brought that ill-will on yourselves the minute you took an innocent someone’s life when it wasn’t yours to take.
