how do you stop it from being dry as hell? i have friends whose hair is super dead from dying it just once

im not really too sure actually. i mean i use a lot of conditioner after bleaching and usually condition a lot and like every 1-2 weeks i use shampoo.

hey there, since a lot of people are asking, i hope you don't mind that i'm publishing this.

basically, my dad went through a painful procedure to stop a leakage from his valve but the operation didn't work and although he's okay the leak is still there and basically he went through all that crap for nothing. 

so i'm just upset because my dad went through so much pain and it didn't get him anywhere. so yeah.
