How Harmonica Works: The WebWob.

The Greater WebWob is a large crescent-shaped landmass partially surrounding the Lesser WebWob. The Lesser WebWob is a very small island housing the Web Workshop.

The WebWob as a whole was once very welcoming and hopeful (frutiger aero type energy ) , but due to the Schism, it was completely destroyed and corrupted. It is now completely abandoned and filled with all kinds of bugs, both literal and digital. This destruction is what prompted the alternate name "the continent of Ruin" for the WebWob.

I feel the WebWob is also quite cold, due to it"s proximity to what looks to be a very snowy continent atop HarMonica.

Web Workshop

Progress

after ironing out all the initial issues, I started building my site. None of the design elements have been set in stone, this was simply to familiarise myself with WordPress. The theme I'm using currently is Hamilton. I chose this theme for the time being because of how customisable it is. I uploaded some previous work I had created and added text from my portfolio experiment with layout.

Web Workshop 1-3

This week we had a workshop introducing us to WordPress. We've been provided with our own domain to create an online portfolio for ourselves. 

There was some teething errors with logging into the websites for the first two sessions but clearing our computer cache and history seemed to do the trick.
