i think that rookie blue world is canada.. it comes from crown on shoulder marks of staff sergeant (Best & Shaw) and on emblems on every officer's arm does anyone state of US use the crown on their symbolism?
It's definitely in Canada! They use real street names and names for surrounding towns but never actually mention Toronto or Canada by name. I'm basically wondering if this is on purpose, especially since I read recently that BBC America didn't want Orphan Black to explicitly identify Toronto...
