20 minutes is all I can do!
Went to the gym...I haven’t worked out on machines in like forever and a day! My knees started hurting and I’m covered in sweat...it was 20 minutes but I made it 3.36 miles. HR was almost 170’s. It used to be closer to 190 back in the day.
I am gonna stop pretending my body can do what it used to do and I may have to be on the same machines as the older people here but at least I’m doing something!
Tomorrow I’m gonna work out again but this weekend we are hitting the pool with my kiddos!
And my ass is having a soda today. I don’t normally drink soda but it’s zero carbs and zero calories!
I’m gonna look good at my heterosexual life mate’s wedding!

Week 6: Day 2(PiYo)
We had a choice of Core or Hardcore on the Floor today. We went with HotF, and it ended up being 30 minutes of beatdown. We pulled through though, and even though we aren’t hitting 100% of every move perfectly, the results are apparent. Izzy and I are going to be ripped as hell for this wedding next month.
