Ingredients: 4 lbs bone-in chicken thighs. 2 cups BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup honey. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 tablespoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Place chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 15 minutes. Grill the chicken thighs for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C and the skin is crispy. Brush the grilled chicken with the remaining marinade during the last 5 minutes of cooking for extra flavor. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot and enjoy the juicy, flavorful grilled chicken!
