Celebrate Christmas in July with this mouthwatering BBQ delight featuring succulent pork ribs coated in a flavorful dry rub and glazed with a rich BBQ sauce. The perfect addition to your festive summer celebration!
Ingredients: 3 lbs bone-in pork ribs. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tbsp paprika. 1 tbsp garlic powder. 1 tbsp onion powder. 1 tbsp cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub. Rub the dry mixture over the pork ribs, ensuring an even coating on all sides. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 15 minutes on each side. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs during the last 5 minutes of cooking, allowing it to caramelize and create a flavorful glaze. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
