This bespoke linen wedding suit is crafted from a linen-wool-silk fabric from Piacenza 1733 in Italy. The waistcoat features a sand-colored fabric with a blue check pattern, perfectly matching the relaxed, natural theme of the wedding. Inside the jacket, the cream floral-patterned lining adds a special touch.
The jacket features a classic 2-button closure, notch lapels, slanted pockets, green buttons, and accent stitching on the lower handmade buttonhole. It’s designed with a loose interior for comfort and is light and breathable, making it suitable for wear after the wedding, either as a suit or as separate jacket and trousers.
The waistcoat is single-breasted with 5 buttons, 2 pockets, and horn buttons in light sand. It’s slightly higher cut for a more formal appearance. Since the jacket will likely be removed in the evening, the waistcoat fabric continues on the back instead of a lining, ensuring that the check pattern aligns perfectly. This creates a unique look and a true understated chic style.
