I can’t be the only to notice that Xavier Thorpe from #wednesday is the embodiment of the toxic nice guy; he is interested in Wednesday despite her rejection, he fixates on her, follows her; keeps pursuing her despite her turning him down; assumes any attention she gives him is romantic interest and is possessive and jealous of Tyler (who is the monster but at least she was interested in him) he is relentless despite her clear disinterest and he’s literally wearing her down by the end; despite Tyler being the Hyde and monster; Wednesday was open and willing to his advances yet Xavier keeps this possessive streak and even hurts Bianca in the process.
