Day 12 & 13 & 14
I've been feeling really good about myself...The fruit for breakfast is just awesome. I get full most of the time. I don't have cravings. I haven't had to snack in awhile because I haven't been hungry which is good, I guess. I accidentally did the Kabocha Squash for Dinner on Day 12 instead of 13... I got confused on which Day I was in...LOL
Lately I've been having trouble sleeping. I realized it's cause of the program. It's been messing up with my sleep. At first, when I started the program, I would find myself sleep earlier than usual and I felt really great in the morning. The 2nd week for some odd reason I found myself sleeping 12a, 1a, and last night around 3a. I'm finding my ways to work around it. Week 2 is done.
Now on to WEEK 3: RECLAIM
