I have a whole week off work

I don't want to sit on my sofa and sink into depression but I have no energy/motivation. Every one is on holiday or working so idk what to do. Any suggestions?

Officially off work for a week! 🎉 now how to spend it? No doubt half of it will be spent scrolling tumblr or getting wine drunk…. Starting with both of those tonight at least! 🍷

Had a gorgeous couple of days in London. The weather was beautiful, the West End was wonderful as usual.

I hadn’t been for over two years (when I used to go two times a year, at least) and my anxiety demons had been flaring regarding travelling. On Monday night I was a bit of a nervous wreck doing the whole ‘what if’ routine, but I’m so glad I managed to push through, it reminded me just how much I love the place. I’m definitely not going to leave it so long next time.
