今集終於到曹豪出手做悉尼版嘅印尼炒飯！其實秘訣最主要係大家要去街市搵啲南洋/印尼雜貨舖買Sambal Chilli Sauce叁巴醬，搵倒嘅話其他食材就簡單得多。我哋今集直情偷雞買倒混好哂味道嘅Nasi Goreng sauce，所以就冇需要自己再落鹽落糖調味喇。曹先生再三叮囑各位，炒飯請用冷飯，早一晚煲定放雪櫃，你嘅印尼炒飯已經成功咗8成！ @wallischo 轉眼咁就廿六年，時間果然是幻象。喺度約定你將來到「五十年友誼」，我哋再煮一餐，然後同多啲人開個Party，好嘛？ Link in Bio.
