i marathoned slow horses this weekend and did not much else. only seasons 3 and 4 so far though. on a shallow note, there was a terminator guy, people really LOVE running around and dying. i also read a long fic with a certain pairing that was mentioned on my dash (and liked it!).

story time!!!

so i was crossdressing in a roblox murder mystery game called flicker (as one does) while playing with my sister and there was this guy called starflame (custom name for the game not his username) who I kept seeing in my lobbies. and I have nothing better to do, okay, so I just pretend like these people are my long lost best friends, I go up to them like "starflame my goat" "starflame you're so cool pls never gl bald" etc etc and then when they die ill crash out like "NOOO STARFLAME" "I MISS YOU ALREADY" yk? because I have no sense of shame 😝 so it got to like the third round of me and starflame being best buddies, and there were like four people left. while I was interrogating a guy about his favorite juice, starflame randomly says "Watson (my name in the game) come to my side" so me, an obedient fucking mutt, walked over to him and said "yes sir." my sister, who was dead and could see what the dead people were saying, randomly went "Watson is such a good boy for starflame."

I burst out laughing and asked "WHAT PROMPTED THAT??" to which she goes "it's what someone said!!" I mean like I wasn't denying it

oh but the storytime doesnt end there. I was on the good team, starflame was on the good team, and there were these two other people who we didn't know. I voted one of them out, thinking they were the evil one (because then there would be three good people and the good side would win), starflame and I were clearly synchronized, we chose the same person so they got voted out, they were GOOD. so I said to starflame "I think we might be cooked." and then went up to the other guy who had just been saying "Juice!" the entire round like a broken record (I'd asked him what is favourite juice was and he was like "Orange!"), and said "are your sure your favourite juice isn't... blood?" and then BAM the lights flicker and starflame is DEAD. I start crashing out, obviously "NOOO STARFLAME" and I go up to this guy (their name was chata or smth) and go "HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO MY MAN????" meanwhile the ghosts were all chanting "DOOMED YAOI!!" and I was laughing so hard I was crying. ts was so funny.

so we lost, obviously, but in the end of game chat I saw someone was like "why is there bl here" and it was so funny 🥹 starflame if you're reading this you're so swag (also I changed my user mb bro) I hope I meet you again goat 🫡

moral of the story, if someone wants to be your doomed yaoi/yuri/straight partner, DO IT. what do you have to lose bro, it's just a game, it's not that deep.

this sums up my day. went to a local vineyard that had a lobster food truck today. me and my husband ate lobster tacos, lobster tots, and lobster grilled cheese with lobster bisque in the car while our toddler took a nap in the back seat. and then went to the farmer's market and a local arts and crafts festival until it started to pour rain.
