Okay yall. I think I'm gonna get some stuff done this week. Finally. Last week is gone, new week starts tomorrow.
Goals:
12 minute workout daily: Monday is legs, Wednesday is arms, Friday is core. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are cardio. Sunday is yoga.
Stretch after my workout.
Drink 32+ oz of water. That's just a whole water bottle for me, I have one I use. So one full water bottle every day.
Shower and brush my teeth. Not my strong suit there.
Read every night before I sleep.
Post nightly updates with my weight that morning, what I ate that day, how much water I drank, and anything else I think of.
I'm trying something different this week. I've planned my days by the hour. So for school and work it's just a block but at night it's kinda specific. As I work through the initial bumps I'll get better at it and more specific. So yeah. There's the goals, I'm confident I'll be able to do it all this week. Trying to keep my mental health up!
this week is chaotic more than it is busy, which for me is kind of worse because it means I cannot plan ahead, and my brain usually refuses to do things that were not scheduled at least a day in advance. well, i’ll try my best to schedule around the unknowns.
Tuesday to Friday I’ll have to stay at my parents’ house while they are out of the city. it’s not a lot of things to take care of but it’s a different environment and issues might come up that i will need to deal with. one day is delegated to a doctor’s appointment. and there is one last assignment i have from this semester which i’ll hopefully get done tomorrow
the rest is working on the meta-analysis and dealing with some regular errands. i would really like to get a full outline of the WIP novel done this week but i don’t know how much energy i’ll have left. i feel like every single week something comes up that just drains my batteries and then i need the whole weekend to recover. and most of the time The Something is just a change of schedule i wasn’t prepared for or some errand that is pretty easy for NT/healthy people. i really wish i could design my entire week how i want,,, maybe one day i’ll figure out how to do that

I made a new weekly planner for myself since my semester is starting on the 27th of September. It starts on the 13th of September (today) and ends on the last week of December. You can of course always choose what you will print/use.
