10/24/17: Hey guys! I feel absolutely terrible. I know that I’ve been MIA for a while but I have been having a lot of trouble lately...with life. I had to fail a student for not showing up for a show and she started spreading terrible lies about me to the staff at my school which started this whole war between who was right and who was wrong. So, yeah I was fighting that for a long time, and I’ve also been battling my computer which I have respectfully named Satan because he hates me and most of the time doesn’t work. So yeah that also makes getting on Tumblr difficult. So yeah, life sucks and blah blah blah. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy this!

Shounen Maid (9/10): Ever since he was young all he ever had was his mother until she suddenly died and left him alone with nowhere one go and no one to turn to.  His savor comes in the shape of his long-lost uncle, Madoka, who is a world famous fashion designer. However, upon entering his uncle’s mansion Chihiro is greeted with mountains of garbage and dust. Not willing to stay in his uncle’s house rent-free he decides that he will earn his keep by renovating the mansion into a spotless residence. Throughout his journey both men learn the importance of family and Chihiro also unravels the truth about the family he never knew. All while keeping everything in line as the head maid of the house in a frilly maid uniform made by Madoka. Comedy,  Slice of Life, Romance, Homeless

Kijima-Kun (10/10): Subaru Kijima is the feared black cat of the school that is said to be able to curse you with the single glance. One day when Sousuke Tachibana, the prince of the school, forgot his glasses and drops his wallet Kijima comes to his aid. When Tachibana asks someone nearby who helped him he learns it was Kijima. It all started with a simple thank you letter, but once it’s ignored he starts writing more and more. As the letters continue they become more and more graphic. The issue was that the letter were being sent to the wrong Kijima. Instead of the cute Kijima the black cat Kijima rushes the prince and thus their crazy romance begins. Black cat Kijima admits that he fell for Tachibana through the letters because no one ever has called him beautiful before because of his sanpaku eyes. After seeing the blushing black cat Kijima, Tachibana realizes that he has found something truly beautiful. This story also shares their pages with the side story of cute Kijima’s romance with Tachibana’s friend. Both stories are adorable and worth the read. How my rec lists work?

In case anyone was curious on how my lists work. 98% of what I read is reader inserts. Those all fall into fandom and then character. The only ones that go under fandom are characters that I specifically follow, i.e. Jim Kirk, Bones McCoy, Steve Rogers, Tony DiNozzo. 

Sometimes I will read one for a character that I dont follow. I don’t seek those out. It will either get recommended to me, its a trope I follow or you tagged me in it. Example Oil and Antiseptic: It’s Scotty and A/B/O Dynamics. I don’t for the most part read Scotty but I do read A/B/O Dynamics. So I always check those and add them to the list cause I know other read them. I like to spread the wealth. 

If your story ended up in a Misc. Fandom. Its because I a) dont read that character generally (Bucky Barnes has been doing this lately with cuteness and being a dad), b) its an oc (original character) c) I don’t have enough of a fandom to constitute its own category. 

If a character is not under their fandom they fell into a trope. And I love tropes. Hence my URL. So those are special and get their own categories. 

Sometimes we get lucky and I will have enough stories of a particular actor and his characters to get his own list. That has happened with Karl Urban recently. Chris Evans got his own header today because I apparently had a thing for him this week. Otherwise he would have ended up under Steve Rogers, which he has before.  

And yes sometimes the same author will appear multiple times. I follow them. I love their stories. If you arent on the list it means I haven’t found you yet or I had a hard time reading the story or it was an imagine (which tend to be less than 500 words) and not a one-shot (which is my preferred reading). For the most part I add everything I read. And like @kaitymccoy123 pointed out once. I READ A LOT!!!!  I have rarely not added something since I started doing this 10 weeks ago. 

And that is how my list works. Thank you for everyone who enjoys the lists and is able to find new authors from them. And you’re welcome to all the writers who end up on my list. You all work hard and deserve the recognition

Fanfiction Recommendation

9/17/17: Hey guys! So I know that I know that I’m about 10 minutes late on posting this, but tonight was my first rehearsal for A Chorus Line here at Texas State. I am the Wardrobe Supervisor for the show which means that I am in charge of all of the show’s costumes and the quick changes that happen throughout. So yeah, lots of paperwork and coordinating of things, it’s taking up a lot of my time. But I just got back from rehearsal, which is why this is kind of late. I am absolutely going to try my hardest to post again this week, they’re are a couple of things I would like to post actually, but I’m not sure when it will happen between class and rehearsals and work.
