This seafood dish is quick and easy, and it's keto-friendly. The shrimp are cooked in a tasty lemon garlic butter sauce. You can make it for dinner during the week when you don't have much time but still want something tasty.
Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons butter. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lemon, juiced and zested. Salt and pepper, to taste. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
Instructions: Melt the butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good. Put shrimp in the pan and cook for about two to three minutes on each side until they turn pink. Add lemon zest and squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp. Add pepper and salt to taste. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.
