Week One Day One: It was our first day of HA 243. We had been put into groups of three. As we can see in the picture above this is my group. Lexi, Courtney and myself Katrina. On day one we were given an egg and were told to hard boil it. Our egg came out just a little under done. We should have cooked the egg for a minute or two longer. If we would have left it in for those extra couple minutes we would have had a perfect egg.

Bad news: I compromised my sobriety last night. Good news: after a cleansing from a dirty trail run and some meditative yoga I'm ready to start this again. #sober #findyourstrong #weekonedayone
