I really want a hot healthy body but I keep drinking red bull at 11 pm why am I like this?
Weighed myself today (With clothes and everything, because i was too lazy to get outta them) AND I ONLY WEIGH 109.2kg (240.7lb) TODAY! OH MY GOSH I AM SO HAPPY
So apparently studies found that in the fitness world the "easiest" thing to do is to loose weight while the hardest to do is to gain weight ( the last one only applies to naturally thin people) This is because naturally big people have a slow metabolism, but they can loose the weight by exercising. However naturally thin people have a high metabolism and you can only gain weight by eating but because of the metabolism the food will rarely alter your weight. Yep
