SWOD: EMOM for 8 minutes perform 1 power snatch & 1 hang snatch I started with 55lbs and switched to 65lbs at the third minute. These felt good. So glad to be making progress with my snatches! WOD: 12 minute AMRAP 10 Squat Thrust Box Jumps 10 Renegades 250 m run BJ: Similar to a burpee box jump minus the push-up. These sucked. Renegades: Push-up while holding weight, row right hand. Push-up. Row left. That's one. I used two 15 lb. dumbbell. I touched my chest to the ground each time. These sucked as well. In twelve minutes I did 1 round + 10 renegades. I wanted to do 2 rounds, but hey! Such is life. CrossFit day 4 of 6. I am going to sleep SO much this weekend! Time for my bus nap.
