My late night impromptu balsamic veggie stir fry dinner. It's actually really good, and it only took me about 10 minutes to whip it up. Sweet! It's just ○yellow bell pepper, sliced ○grape tomatoes, sliced ○peeled and steamed chopped carrots ○1 tsp. EVOO ○1Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar ○pepper, garlic powder to taste *I also added onion powder, since I'm all out of fresh onions ●steam carrots ahead of time, then sauté on medium heat approx. 10 min. #healthyeating #healthyliving #veggietime #yummy #dinnerforone #watchsarashrink #weightloss2016

Just walked and jogged 3 miles and feeling so good right now. Can’t wait to lose all this extra weight and go to my ideal weight back again. Missing the old me so bad at the moment.
Weightloss is about as fun as watching the tweenies on repeat all day long…….its not! Its time consuming, frustrating and bloody damn hard to do! I almost want to kick myself in the face for allowing myself to get to the size that I am. But hey, its done now, theres no use crying over my fat rolls, its not like they’ll just melt away (If only it was that simple!).
The thing is I actually already lost alot of weight over a year ago. I went from a size 20 to a size 14 in a matter of months. But then life got in the way and I quickly reverted back to my ‘lets see how much crap i can inhale to make myself feel better’ phase. Before you know it, BAM! I’m now almost a stone heavier than when i first started this journey. And yet not once did anyone around me say “hey you know what, you’re getting fat again. stop it”, because apparently its rude to tell someone their getting fat again. However no one stops themself from praising you constantly if you lose weight.
So here I am again trying to kick start my fat, lazy ass into gear and shift the pounds. Its not easy when you have zero energy and want nothing but the sweet sweet goodness of all the bad foods you can imagine! My downfall is that I have just turned right back into a lazy ass cow who loves to binge watch tv shows and, skip the gym because I can’t be bothered. Even though-plot twist, I actually really enjoy my gym sessions once I’m there, I know that sounds completely backwards but its the honest truth.
So 2016, heres to kicking my ass into gear, getting in shape and not reverting back to disgusting old habits that, are preventing me from doing my best bond girl impression in a bikini.
