Tuesday check in
So yesterday was pretty good. I switched up my weekly schedule planning for a even that we didn’t end up making it too. There was a corgi parade downtown but we didn’t make it cause 1 corgi doesn’t behave around other dogs and our other corgi had hurt himself and was limping. Anyways I decided to go to yoga yesterday instead of Thursday. OMG I thought I knew how hot hot yoga got but clearly I was wrong. Sweat just dripping off me. It was a great class and I was sore the next day. Tuesday I went for a run and am finally under an 11 minute mile. I think I celebrated a little too hard at dinner but you live and learn and keep moving forward. Today I’m swimming and Thursday is another run.
