My project today was cleaning out my jewelry armoire and cleaning everything in it. It had all gotten pretty dirty over the years being in a certain mildowy closet that we’ve never been able fix. So I moved it to the very hot very dry “closet” under the stairs, then started the cleaning. Everything should stay nice and dry and clean now.

I did find my little pouch of gemstones. Amethyst, garnet, diamond, aquamarine and black agate. I think I’m gonna sell them. They’re doing me no good sitting in my jewelry box. And I could use the cash.

Except my biggest aquamarine. (Not shown) That’s going to be made into a ring one of these days.

He has some collection of oddities. It’s very extensive, isn’t it?

I have never seen such a large collection, unless it was in a museum.

Girls on the page are offering to cook and clean for him. Hmm- they may wind up in the collection. (I know, I have an overactive imagination.)

So I collect postcards and I love them so much. Because it’s like looking into the meme culture from 100 years ago and seeing how much people haven’t changed.

Also, I love it when I stumble upon a juicy piece of gossip that Mrs. Harris heard from Mrs. Sullivan who saw Mr Grant doing some shady shit down by the grocers.
