This boy bullied me throughout seventh and eighth grade, and the other day in Biology (I’m a tenth grader now, btdubs) he took my water bottle and acted as if he was going to dump it on someone. I got really mad because he used to do things like that to me and call me terrible names etc. So, I--for once in my life--told him to stop and leave me alone and that I didn’t like him. (I stood up for myself, what??)
He was really shocked because I’m a really quiet person and when he asked me what my problem was and I said I was tired of him being a jerk to people and that he bullied me throughout middle school and stuff. He said he doesn’t even remember me in middle school and doesn’t remember saying anything to me. (I was even quieter in middle school, I was basically invisible to everyone.)
So, I told him to leave me alone and he did, and then today in Bio, we were doing some lab with a banana. We have it seventh, so she gave out the extra bananas to people who wanted them. The kid got one and came to my table where a bunch of me and my friends were sitting finishing our lab. He then asks me if I wanted the banana and was being really nice to me.
I asked him if that was his way of making up for middle school and he said yes.
He was trying to make up for bullying me by giving me a banana.
