My Spanish teacher is making us do a test on her self ship fanfiction about Gordon Ramsay and The Rock and her I cannot make this up.

Sometimes it's weird being a very self aware autistic kid, specifically with adults who get their egos threated way to easily. Because half the time i was unsettlingly aware of how adults were going to react to my behavior and could act and prepare accordingly. Other times i massively overestimated their emotional and just general maturity, and didn't even realize they were upset at me until way later (usually when someone else told me)

Childhood story under the cut.

When I was in like fourth grade I had this one teacher (English teacher I think) who never called on me in class, and this frustrated little me, because at the time I loved being involved in school, and the participation questions. I also happened to notice that he did call on this one girl in my class a lot. Let's call her Zee.

Now, i didn't want to accuse my teacher of favoritism baselessly. No, no, no. that wouldn't do. So what did my little autistic self do? I made a graph. For the next two weeks, for every day i was in that class, i held tally of when this teacher would call on each student. By the end of it he had called on Zee either twice or thrice as much as the rest of us (I don't remember the exact number, it's been a while)

Now, understand dear reader that I did not believe my beloved English teacher to have malicious intent, I had come to the conclusion that, "Oh, he must not realize how often he call on Zee. Sometimes people don't realize they're playing favorites. I should inform him of this error so that he can go about correcting it."

And so after class has finished, I approach my teacher, notebook with my graph in hand and I stand before his desk and inform him of this pattern that I have noticed. I present my gathered evidence, tell him that I'm sure he didn't mean to, but other students may want to participate (not my exact words) and so maybe he should try and call on other people than just Zee, and i continued on with my day and to my next class.

And did this teacher appreciate this typically well-behaved student politely informing him on accidental bias? With a graph that he had taught us how to make?

NO. THIS MAN DECIDED TO CALL MY MOTHER AND TELL HER THAT I WAS BEING DISSRESPECTFUL AND TRYING TO UNDERMINE HIS AUTHORITY! MY GOOD BITCH?? I WAS LIKE 9! I DIDN'T INTERUPT THE CLASS CALL YOU A DUMBASS!!!

Luckily my mom called bullshit and I got transferred out of his class and in with the other English teacher for the rest of the year. Which somehow didn't clue me in on the fact that he was mad at me. Probably because my best friend had also been transferred from his class like three months prior so it didn't seem that odd.

Animal people really are weird. I was eating my lunch outside my classroom and my professor walks up to me, asks me what I'm eating, and nearly puts their face in my food. Sandwich, I say to which they reply "Yummy," and walk away.

so today my music class started looking at our gcse compositions and we were discussing ways to get started.

my music teacher (who is in his late twenties/early thirties) says that we should listen to music and take bits that we like from them.
