Maybe this is a foolish question, but what is a birthday frame?
If you’re honestly uninformed, then nothing is ever a foolish question
So, if you have a birthday, you can send an ask to @weirdzootopiaframes and in that ask you can include a greeting, a complement on his blog, etc. but most importantly, to get a “birthframe” you must include your birthdate (in my case September 8, 2000, or 09/08/00, or 9/8/00, or 8/9/00 if I was in the UK or whatever)
The birthdate is important because when you provide that to WeirdZootopiaFrames, he uses those numbers to find which frame in the movie appears when the numbers are put in a time slot - and that’s what your birthframe is
