Not many of us can say that we have never smoked (tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, weed, ganja) or inhaled second-hand smoke or any other inhaled smoke from fuel or waste that is burned. We are mostly not aware but whatever smoke we inhale there are serious complications we can not neglect and need to seriously reconsider. The blood pH cannot be acid, therefore it is the job of the lymphatic system to take care of the acids. Now when we inhale smoke whatever source it is coming from, the smoke goes straight into the lungs right into the blood mostly unchecked by the liver. Calcium an alkaline mineral highly available in the body comes to the rescue. But apart from many other functions, it strengthens also your connective tissues and bones.
