To be fair, I caused the staff at Joe’s to be both deeply concerned and deeply amused by my appearance in my frozen dressing gown, my slippers, men’s pjs, with my catheter bag hanging off my Zimmer frame... I did explain that I had an operation on Thursday! My dad and cousin didn’t help the situation; they decided to tell the poor girl serving us that I’d “escaped from The Home!!” 😂😂😂 It’s been a really, horrifically shitty few days... but today has been a good day. I’m so incredibly lucky to have so many amazing people who rally behind me. I’m loving my day with my family 💖 they make me so happy!
