Werepeppino Dream Recounting But it’s on a SideBlog because Fuck You

Ok, so yesterday I had this dream during an afternoon nap and it was yet another werepeppino related thingy cause my brain refuses to not let go of that shit for some reason.

In this universe, I became a werepeppino after I posted about them originally on this blog, causing some rando to slide into my tumblr DMs to put a curse on me that would make me into one as a joke. I remember that the “beast” form I took during the full moon looked more on-model to how Peppino looks in the game than how I draw it, but still had the beastly features from my drawings (claws and fangs, pointed ears, ugly little tail, if you saw those drawings you probably get what I’m talking about).

I guess I didn’t really find the “joke” nearly as funny as they did because ended up trying everything I could to hide this from my loved ones. (partially out of embarrassment and also how tf would I be able to explain this to ANYONE???) But I wasn’t able to hide it for long unfortunately…

In this dream, I had a friend who doesn’t exist irl who has a younger brother, named Bradley. Idk how old he was but he couldn’t’ve been older than like 12-14, and this kid was OBSESSED with werewolves. One time, this friend was hanging out with me at my house and he just so happened to be there as well. I guess I either forgot there was a full moon that night or I didn’t think they’d stay very long, but I ended up having to make an excuse and scramble upstairs once night fell and I started changing. Bradley, being the nosy little shit he was, followed me and I didn’t notice until he opened the door to my room and saw me in werepep form, hiding under a blanket on my bed.

He wasn’t able to get a good look at me, but immediately came to the conclusion I was a werewolf. Last thing I saw of him that night was him running back downstairs before leaving with my friend.

I didn’t see them again until next month, on the next full moon. Bradley INSISTED that my friend come over that night and bring him with her, and I was too much of a people pleaser to refuse. When nightfall came, I retreated back to my room only to be followed again by Bradley. When I tried to get him to leave before I turned, he revealed some things to me.

1. He knew I was a were”wolf”

And 2. He somehow got a piece of my hair and ate it, thinking that would turn him into a werewolf too

And it unfortunately worked somehow, causing him to become a werepeppino too. Weirdly though his beast form ended up looking a bit different than normal, having dog ears and fur for some reason. He guessed it was because the hair he took from me got mixed with the fur of one of his family’s dogs (which they had several of).

…I don’t fucking know man, the hair eating shouldn’t’ve even worked in the first place so I guess anything goes at this point…

After that incident, which resulted in me having to reveal my secret to both my friend and my mom, the rest of the dream was basically just random episodic scenarios of me having to “babysit” Bradley while we were both in werepeppino form every full moon. Not fun, not fun at all tbh.
