I've decided I'm a werewolf. (I'm just sputtering pointless info about me.)

One could also consider it lycankin but this doesn’t seem as advanced as a lycankin. Now when I say werewolf, I don’t mean on a full moon I transform into a giant wolf beast and attack unsuspecting victims, I mean what it translates to, man beast(yea it means beast not just a wolf or so I’m told. My beast affiliation is of the wolf variety though.)  And like I stated before, I don’t transform into a giant wolf beast during a full moon, my transformation happens as often as I go into a rage, which is my trigger, and instead of physically turning into a giant wolf, I mentally go into almost uncontrollable rage and have the urge to rip people apart and I mean that in a very literal sense. In my rages, the thought of being covered in someone’s blood is quite appealing though this only happens when the rage is direct at someone. when in a general rage I wanna tear up all the objects around me. Also its not just extreme rage, when enraged I feel exponentially more wolf-like mentally I can’t think of speech just a roar of rage. Some may not consider this being a werewolf but that’s just how I describe it and its possible the wolf feeling is just do to my being a wolfdog therian and it just intensifies with rage.

Am I the only one who is a humanitarian normally but when furious with humans, imagine ripping people to shreads with my hands and jaws, splattering guts and blood every which way after becoming a hulking werewolf?
