Today's session was with @_mattyg92 at @visionpthawthorn and was called the 'trainer challenge'. Challenge was to complete the following in under an hour.... *100 push-ups *50 chin ups (assisted) *100 dips *50 pull ups (horizontal to the floor) *100 reps leg press at 30kg *50 laps of farmers walks (1x5kg plate in each hand. About 20 metres per lap???) *2000m row *2000m bike Completed it in 47:30. Still had a little bit of gas in the tank so conserved energy well. So perhaps next time can thrash it even more and beat 45 mins.
