A big old cedar tree with a little ❤️ painted into it stands along the Stanley Park seawall between 2nd Beach and 3rd Beach. It’s been there forever. I always wonder who left their ❤️ behind there.

A peaceful moment at Lost Lagoon. A young man and a heron stood frozen like statues, so close to one another. The contrast of the silhouettes against the greens of the lagoon looked as if both figures were cut from dark paper and pasted there side by side. Harmony of man and nature.
