Wasn’t super fond of either of these herbal bags, but together and sweetened with this monk fruit the taste reminds me of an apple cider.

I’ve been brewing a lot of western style tea, so I haven’t been snapping pictures of every cup, but I wanted to share a quirk of my tea drinking:
I count when I pour water to brew tea.
Doesn’t matter if it’s into a gaiwan, or over a bag that I’m going to set a timer for. 😂
Just some office Yorkshire to get me through another hour of work while I try to maintain composure.
Maybe I’ll do some gong fu when I get home as a treat.
Forgot my travel set today, so instead I joined my Spouse/Supervisor for a very English tea time of Yorkshire and Lemon Curd on Madeleines.
Proof that I’m not all in on Chinese Supremacy:
Yorkshire Tea w/ maple syrup & cashew milk.
A nice cuppa to get me through the work day.
