HEAVY RAINS AND WET SNOW - The surface map this morning shows low pressure developing along the eastern seaboard. That low pressure system will bring heavy rains through the mid-Atlantic states up into southern New England today into tonight. In addition, wet snow will develop from the Poconos through the Hudson Valley, through parts of the higher elevations of New England and Vermont and New Hampshire today. Some areas will see up to four inches of snow through tonight.
