A Witch Hunter could easily root out a Genestealer Cult but an Inquisitor could NEVER secure Altdorf from a Skaven uprising
THE GREAT HORNED RAT
Since the first announcement of the skaven god being in the chaos pantheon for warhammer(and there not being any official artwork), I felt the need of drawing the great horned rat! Included some subtleties hinting at the skaven clans as well, this was such a blast to make @warhammer #warhammer
Skink High Priest from Warhammer Fantasy Battle 8th edition
Tabletop figure (mini) from the 8th edition Warhammer Fantasy Battle. This model was painted by me somewhere around 2010-2012... Recently my friend decided he wants to try playing Age of Sigmar or other format, and wanted to buy my stack of unused Lizardmen models. Decided to get some "glam shots" of this fella, before parting ways. It does look good, and am pleased with how it all ended up looking. Of course, it is older paintjob, so I see many things I'd love to redo, but on the other hand for the past decade it did not bother me at all when it was collecting dust, so just letting him go, he finally will experience some tabletop battle action! Thanks for stopping by, and have a good day! Socials: keik-keik.carrd.co
A skaven weapon team armed with a warpfire thrower. Even with a team made up of two skaven is prone to infighting and backstabbing, with the fuel-bearer scheming to usurp the wielder, while the wielder remains paranoid of any attempts to usurp his coveted position.
At the same time, both members of the team have to keep their ears out from the numerous threats that come with being embedded in a hissing, chittering unit of clanrats. Although often the worst threats can be dealt with when the warpfire thrower 'accidentally' misfires.
