The Conch Cocktail as a Starter Stood Out, (make sure you pour the conch cocktail into the tiny bowl, else might be a tad salty) if you do you have an exceptional Favourite. The Main Course, Fish, was inspirational, perfectly cooked, amazingly tasty flavours. And the dessert a Huge Surprise, Loved every byte of it. Seriously, I wish Singaporeans and residents alike would be a tad more adventurous. You will be in for probably the biggest surprise. These Chefs are proud of their tradition, and are exceptionally entertaining to speak to. Chef Nick, and Chef Lorraine, we are grateful you bring your culture to our shores.
