What got you into writing in the first place?

I've always been a storyteller, ever since I was a little child I would tell my mom stories when ever it came to my mind. She recorded some of them for me, I think most of my stories back then were about my imaginary friends i couldn't have been more than three or four at that point lol

Both my parents were readers and would read me stories before I went to bed and I had favorite books even back then but because I couldn't read I would constantly bother them trying to get them to read stuff for me.

Eventually I learned to properly read and would immerse myself in those worlds, I've always had a vivid imagination and when reading I could literally see what I was reading like for instance if someone mentioned a roaring fire I could feel it on my face smell it, hear it in my ears see it as if I was sitting right in front of it or like the ocean hear the roaring of the water, cries of the birds overhead, people laughing having fun on the beach, the sound of sand underfoot.

All of these things made me want to share that kind of experience, writing was the best vehicle for that, I could have learned painting or drawing or something else but writing always pulled to me and I've never been very good at the other things 😆 but writing It's probably my true gift it's one thing I know I'm good at even if sometimes I doubt how good that ideal might have been, it's too nice to share it even if i feel it's subpar.

Edit: unfortunately because my vivd imagination scary stories come to life too. The breath of a killer/monster on the back of your neck, the silence right before disaster, the trickling fear when being hunted...

It might even be more but I'm guessing like most contract figures it's mostly speculation since most contract details aren't known. But either way, I'm guessing it must be in that ballpark and his team were probably happy to let the speculation stand either way because it makes their client seem very bankable,

I Googled but could not find a reputable source. Adele’s was 90M euros so whatever that means in dollars. That was generally known and reported.
