On Sunday life showered me with pleasures. An afternoon spent with friends and not one but two products of Dominio de Pingus, the Flor de Pingus 2011 and the Psi 2015, both magnificent examples of top Spanish winemaking (yes I know Peter is Danish), but these wines are ridiculously good. Both offering incredible fruit intensity and a masterclass in balance.
