TRY one of my favourite Lower Body/Upper/Whole Body (LB/UB/WB) routines using the 3 bodyweight exercises with a method I call Enhanced Interval Training (EIT) Method. 🚫Warning: The information in this article is an investigation into the scientific evidence provided in the referred articles. Perform LB exercise A. Squat Jumps for 20 reps. Without rest and under duress do 20 seconds of the UB exercise B. Chin-ups. Can't do a chin-up? Try inverted rows. Next Go to WB exercise C. 6-Count Burpees for 20 seconds. That’s one round. Rest 60 seconds and repeat between 6-12 rounds depending on your fitness level. Combination of exercises can be changed to suit your training level, goal, and equipment.
